My office is off East Park Drive, directly across the parking lot from Chuy’s.
Monday through Thursday from 10 AM to 6 PM.
Friday 10 AM to 4 PM.
My rates are $180 per 60-minute session.
As of January 1, my rates are $200 per session.
That really depends on what’s going on, and we will discuss that during our first session. I recommend once a week to start, and then eventually back off as we begin to see progress or build momentum towards your goals.
Every client is different. What I can tell you is that the harder you work in and out of session, usually the quicker you’ll begin to see progress.

Yes! I offer a free 30-minute consultation to everyone considering working with me. I want to be sure you believe we’re a good fit before we go on this journey together.
I do not. If we feel that medications may be a good option, I am more than happy to refer you to some good providers.
